TO GET YOUR CUSTOMIZED HANDMADE PORTRAIT:

* Send a WhatsApp/email us with below details:
1. Share the pic you want to make a portrait of. Please consider below pointers:
- choose a pic with high resolution (300 dpi or more - basically when we zoom, image should not get distorted)
- Pic should have clear visible facial features and good lighting.
2. Choose the medium (Oil, Acrylic, Graphite)
- On Canvas: Oil and Acrylic
- On Paper : Acrylic & Graphite
3. Choose your Portrait size (in inches) -
- Available sizes for Mini/Small portrait for Solo (one person) : 4x4, 6x6
- Available sizes for Solo (one person) portrait: 8x10, 12x12, 12x16, 18x24, or any customized size.
- Available sizes for couple or family portrait: 12x16, 18x24, 24x36, or any customized size.
4. Mention if you have any specific requirements: like if you need it by specific date, want us to ship to a different address than yours, want it Gift wrapped, you want to write any message at the back of the portrait for remembrance etc
5. Once we approve the above details, you can make the payment. Pay 70% at the time of placing the order and the rest 30% before delivery of the finalized portrait.
6. Once portrait is completed, I will show you the finished portrait and you can pay rest 30% payment before delivery.
7. You can either collect it from Vrindavan or get it shipped. Please note, the shipping charges are extra and will be borne by the customer. Its not included in the Artwork cost.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE:-

- Framed digital artwork once sold will not be returned or refunded, however it can be exchanged if you received a wrong product. Provided the product you want to exchange is in new, unused and sellable condition.
- To exchange, connect with us on WhatsApp/email.
- Handmade Artwork in no condition will be returned, refunded or exchanged. However if you have any concerns, kindly discuss and the best possible solution will be offered.
